Began his career in 2002, Calvin then released his first debut album in 2007 entitled I Created Disco. This album has been in demand and some of the singles have reached high numbers in UK Chart. Two years later, he released his second album entitled Ready for the Weekend. The latter has been more popular than the former and debuted at number one on UK album charts. I’m not alone, one of the singles in the album, has been the greatest hits in the UK. Despite his successful albums and singles, Calvin’s popularity was limited only in the UK.
Calvin started to be widely known all over the world after he released his third album, 18 months. This album has successfully reached American Billboard 200. Several singles from the album, such as I Need Your Love, Sweet Nothing, Let's Go and Thinking About You, have become the greatest EDM hits. Many popular musicians have collaborated with Calvin including Rihanna, Ellie Goulding, Ne-Yo and Florence Welch.
